Unwind in our cozy holiday home in Gruissan Les Ayguades, in the South of France, on the Mediterranean coast. This charming holiday home offers 45 square meters of living space for up to 4 guests. It features 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom upstairs, as well as a combined living and dining room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower downstairs. The stairs to the upper floor are steep and unfortunately not suitable for people with mobility issues. The holiday home received a brand-new kitchen in June 2026, complete with a 4-burner ceramic glass cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. You'll also find a kettle and coffee maker for your morning coffee, as well as all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious Mediterranean meals. The living room is comfortably furnished and invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa and a television. Enjoy your meals outdoors on the main terrace, which is furnished with a table, 4 garden chairs, and a retractable awning. Or sunbathe on the two sun loungers on the second terrace next to the house, behind the small garden strip. Use of the communal pool (open approximately June 15th to September 15th) is included in the rental price, and a parking space is also reserved for you. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but is allowed on the terraces and under the awning. Please note: * Sunday is the preferred arrival/departure day, as the highways are significantly less congested than on Saturdays. * Arrival is possible from 5 pm. Departure must be by 10 am. * You must bring your own bed linen and towels; they are NOT available for rent on site. * The double bed has a single mattress, meaning your fitted sheet must fit a 140cm x 200cm bed.
